Wow!! Super thoughtful and wonderfully executed dishes. Reminded me of my time growing up in Mexico City and and the love contained in my grandmother’s food. A++

I have been to this location several times and cannot think of anything bad to say. The staff is, welcoming, energetic, and provided knowledgeable recommendations from their extensive craft cocktail menu. The food is phenomenal every time. I would definitely recommend reservations though, as the restaurant becomes comfortably full most nights.

Nestled along beautiful Esplanade Avenue beneath the towering old oak trees, Lola's has become one of our favorite restaurants in New Orleans. There’s a quiet elegance to the setting — especially on a soft, breezy evening — that makes every meal feel memorable. The paella, whether vegetarian, seafood, or a combination of both, rivals any we’ve enjoyed anywhere in the Hispanic world. The service was equally exceptional; our waiter, Skip, was warm, personable, and attentively made the entire experience even better. Paired with excellent sangria, outstanding food, and the unmistakable charm of a New Orleans night, Lola’s delivers an experience that simply can’t be beat for its ambiance, service, and cuisine.
