Our host Chris is always cheerful and amiably. Service was great and food excels. The inglenook log fires are extremely welcoming. Our fourth visit and will definitely be returning.

Have eaten Sunday lunch here on quite a few occasions and the standard of the food and the ambience remain if a very high standard.

A very pleasant experience as usual -- cannot understand why the Owl is not full to bursting at all times - not expensive plus economic options - excellent food and drink, delightful staff -- I shall be returning soon to sample the new Winter menu.
