We always go to The Tartan Fox when we are in Cornwall and it never disappoints. Went there with our dog for dinner. The Pie main course was really good as was the trifle. A regular for us and highly recommended.

This was a wonderful meal that was of the highest quality. A starter of Cornish crab and hash brown was delicious and the main of John Dory was superb. The service was, as always, delightful and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Edie’s remains one of our favourite places to eat and were mystified as to how they keep up such high standards every time we visit.

An excellent evening out to celebrate our anniversary. We received a warm, friendly welcome, prompt service, but not rushed, and the food was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend the Kingswood Restaurant, in particular for a special occasion.

My wife and I had lunch at Sam’s on Tuesday. We chose to share the seafood platter and boy oh boy! What a dish of delights were laid before us; delicious grilled sardines, succulent prawn & calamari tempura, juicy scallops and simple THE best mussels I’ve ever eaten! Service was very friendly and efficient. Oh, and the view… well, ‘Sam’s on the Beach’ says it all.

The Bouillabaisse and the Thai Curry were just fabulous. Well done Sam’s Bistro, you absolutely nailed it. We just wish we lived closer so we could visit more often!.
