My boyfriend and I had an absolutely flawless dining experience at Noah’s Italian. While the food was absolutely phenomenal, the service managed to be even greater. Our server, Brendan M., was exceptional from start to finish. He was incredibly quick, checked on us constantly, and was so accommodating to everything we needed. Brendan was also super knowledgeable about the menu and guided us with many great recommendations. My boyfriend and I both agreed that neither of us has ever had a better server. We will absolutely be requesting Brendan M. every single time we visit. Highly recommend, best new restaurant in Saratoga!!

Our server, Ashley , made a fine meal an elegant dining experience (i.e.) discreetly refilling water and wine glasses, exchanging cutlery, clearing dishes in between courses, etc. Her manners and her attendance to us was impeccable: polite, refined, and delivered with perfect timing.

We had a birthday party for 8 “adults” they placed us in a side room which was perfect with Great Lake views. Our server Caroline was attentive, food was spectacular. Great time was had by all.
