Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We had a great experience. A beautiful day, we got a table outside and the hostess made the pro move of seating us away from a boisterous table. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient with just the right amount of attention. My martini was ice cold but without ice chips — spot on. My wife loved her barbecued shrimp and the red fish special. I had the fried chicken livers and they are not to be missed. The veal chop Milanese was fantastic — as good as the Saloon or La Famiglia. And capping things off was the playlist consisting of American standards by the likes of Tony Bennett, Frank, Ella, Nat King Cole… This is a great spot.

I have dined at Flourish Newtown twice and both times it was excellent. The whole experience was very enjoyable. The presentation of the food was on another level. Highly recommended dining at Flourish. You won’t be disappointed!
