My wife, son, and I were all very impressed with the food, service, and ambiance of Pelato. Every time a new dish was brought to our table, we remarked first on presentation and then on taste - truly the best Italian we’ve ever had in the US!!! We appreciated the pacing of our dinner - we were relaxed and never felt rushed. Our server was perfectly attentive to all our requests without hovering. We already can’t wait to come back and bring friends - in a city increasingly full of forgettable, one and done restaurants. Pelato stands head and shoulders above the rest. That’s a big deal for us Nashvillians. Thanks for a memorable evening!!!

We had such a lovely dinner at Casper’s Bistro with another couple and are so happy to have a great local option in Goodlettsville. The service was truly the best part of the night — attentive, welcoming, and never rushed, which allowed us to linger and enjoy our evening. We loved the brussels sprouts and charcuterie, and the wedge salads were fresh and nicely balanced without being too blue cheesy. The oysters were fresh, though on the smaller side, and I would love to see a classic mignonette with vinegar and shallots offered with them. For dinner, our table had the smash burger, classic burger, and two filet dinners, and everything was cooked well and very tasty. We also enjoyed martinis, wine, and whiskey. Happy hour was a nice bonus when we arrived, and the piano music that started around 6 added a great atmosphere without being too loud for conversation. Dessert was a highlight — the cheesecake and carrot cake were wonderful, and the Irish coffees made with Redbreast whiskey were absolutely the best. Overall, a wonderful night, and we’ll definitely be back.

Lots of selection for the buffet night. Great ambience, friendly and attentive staff, and karaoke was enjoyed by my visitors. Keep it up!
