From the service at walk in to the table service, absolutely amazing. The Sunday lunch was outstanding, all three courses, leak and potato soup, lamb roast, blackberry cheese cake, all were superb. Will definitely recommend and be back.

What an amazing place! Food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. They loved our beagle too and made a great fuss of him.

What a fantastic Sunday lunch . The food was only matched by the superb drinks on offer. Service top draw . Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere different to have lunch on a cold, rainy October Saturday. We like to support local businesses when we can and found the Courtyard and figured we'd give it a go. We are so very pleased that we did!! From start to finish our visit was just lovely - lovely staff and environment. My husband had the confit duck and I had the roasted butternut squash wellington along with 2 sides - chunky chips and bacon & chive roasted potatoes - everything was absolutely stunning. Cannot fault the food or the service we will most definitely back back for our wedding anniversary in November! Oh and we also bought 2 pieces of cake to take home for our son - he was very impressed with the chocolate fudge cake and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great food and service, portion sizes just right. Pleasant atmosphere. Overall a great experience.
