We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant chop. To start, the specialty cocktails were delicious. We also enjoyed the wine selections, my wife had a delicious Justin rosé. They brought us complementary, wonderful Housemade popovers with soft butter to spread on them. We had the chop salad which was crisp and delicious. My wife had the sea scallops with bacon jam cooked perfectly fresh and moist. I had the twin lobster tails that were also cooked perfectly. Our awesome sever Dorin, was super accommodating with any request, very friendly, and professional.

The food was fabulous and the service was excellent!

The food was amazing! So fresh and flavorful! We had a drink at the bar prior to dinner and the bartender was helpful in helping us select unique cocktails to try that were amazing! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again!

We received a gift card from our co workers along with a trolley car tour. The food, Fish Creek and the people are amazing. The trolley tour, we are taking another weekend. We feel we will go back to Cut again.
