We also enjoyed the wine selections, my wife had a delicious Justin rosé. They brought us complementary, wonderful Housemade popovers with soft butter to spread on them. We had the chop salad which was crisp and delicious. My wife had the sea scallops with bacon jam cooked perfectly fresh and moist. I had the twin lobster tails that were also cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Sister bay! Our server was Nida and once again she was fantastic and did a great job. We had a drink at the bar prior to dinner and the bartender was helpful in helping us select unique cocktails to try that were amazing!
