Welcome to the Downtown Kitchen. We have one goal in mind when we open our doors every day - "To do whatever it takes to create the best dining experience possible.' That means buying certified Angus beef, Ashley Farms chicken, New Zealand Spring lamb, dayboat fish and fresh local produce. We change our menus daily according to market and season availability.     Great food! Wonderful options for non meat eaters, too! Treated myself to a creme brulee', yummy! Wonderful wine selection! Great service, really made a difference- thanks Izzie! Loved ambiance with flickering lanterns on wall. Loved high beam ceiling, really cool place. First time visiting and will definitely return! Prices very reasonable and close to home!

    We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Rumi’s Kitchen in Alpharetta. From the moment we sat down, everything was exceptional. Our server, Brandon, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The sea bass was outstanding, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The hummus was some of the best we’ve had, incredibly fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed a wonderful white wine that paired beautifully with our meal. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully executed. This was one of those dining experiences that reminds you why people rave about Rumi’s. We will definitely be back and will be asking for Brandon again!

    We go here a few times a year because my mother live in the area. It’s pretty consistently good. I would have given an overall 5, but in a fairly sparsely populated restaurant, they sat a group of about 10 bikers right next to us when there were many more open tables for large groups open the noise level went from a two to instant 10 and we had to yell for us to hear the rest of our time in there. Service was great, food was really good, not over the top great, but worth the check. We will be back and ask for a quiet corner next time, or outside next to the river which is the preferred and worth waiting for on most occasions.
