Experience New York City’s largest all-season indoor and outdoor rooftop bar featuring multiple bars, live DJs, bar bites, cocktails, rotating seasonal pop-ups, and epic views of the Empire State Building skyline. Located on the 18th floor, this rooftop bar offers unobstructed views of the Empire State Building and is situated in the heart of Midtown, just blocks from New York City’s most popular destinations, including Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, the Theater District, and Times Square.We are a 21+ venue, except during our brunch hours on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 3 pm, which is open to all ages. Physical ID is required; copies are not accepted. All reservations have a 15-minute grace period.Reservations are optional. Walk-ins and large groups are strongly encouraged.

Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak combines traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern day steakhouse. Our menu is varied and extensive, and includes sushi and sashimi, as well as cooked entrees such as fish, lamb, steaks and chops. We feature Domestic and Japanese Wagyu. Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak is located in midtown Manhattan, at the PENN 1 Building, across 33rd Street from Madison Square Garden and atop Penn Station. The restaurant is accessible from 33rd street, and from the newly renovated Penn Station and 34th Street via the lobby of PENN 1. We offer various seating areas - a sushi counter, a cocktail bar, the central dining room, and an outdoor patio (weather permitting).

Zou Zou’s is a lively and modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant from chef Juliana Latif, who spent years working at some of the most notable restaurants throughout New York City, including The NoMad. The menu is inspired by and celebrating the cuisine and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean region, bringing in influences from Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, among others. Zou Zou’s is located within the Manhattan West Plaza, on the ground level of Pendry Manhattan West. If arriving at 33rd Street (between 9th & 10th), follow the walkway to the plaza, turn left, and find the Zou Zou’s entrance on your left.If arriving at the Ninth Avenue entrance (at 32nd Street), walk through the plaza towards Whole Foods – Zou Zou’s will be on the right side of the plaza just past the NHL Experience Store.

A dozen different steaks are on offer, but non-steak eaters will dine exceedingly well here.Butcher & Banker pays homage to the New Yorker Hotel’s storied history. The New Yorker opened in 1930 at the height of the Great Depression as the then largest hotel in the city. It has attracted a who’s who of entertainers and dignitaries from around the world, including Muhammad Ali, JFK, Joan Crawford and Nikola Tesla. Beneath the hotel, a bank vault and offices were occupied by the Manufacturers Trust Company until 1980. With the opening of Butcher & Banker, the public can see the vault for the first time in 37 years.

Bar Primi is a pasta shop devoted to ‘primi piatti,’ the pasta course. What began as an idea for a small space in New York’s East Village has since become a downtown New York staple, housed on the Bowery for the last ten years. With this second location in Penn District, chef-partner Andrew Carmellini will carry on his same tried and true methods of making fresh pasta traditionally prepared and cooked to order, using a variety of non-GMO semolina and specialty ‘00’ flours, organic eggs and family recipes. Italian wines are offered by the glass and by the bottle. A playful list of signature cocktails, which includes the original Frosé, aperitivi, a robust beer list, amari and coffee by La Colombe are also features.

    The best ribeye I have ever had in nyc. Ive eaten at most of the top steakhouses and this place by far blow them out the water. Crispy rice and bone marrow were phenomenal.

    Phenomenal first time for our anniversary and Beth the gorgeous sommelier brought us a card and champagne and then we did the chefs tasting which in retrospect was way more good than we needed or could eat but highly rec of large group. Stunning space incredible service the kindest warmest place and breads to die for. Telling everyone they must go!

    Always good food, good service and a great time with friends and family. I’ve been going to Carmine’s for more than 20 years and while the prices were always up there the value was good considering the portion sizes and quality of the food. This trip the prices were over the top in my opinion. Portion sizes and food quality were still good, but it’s difficult to justify the price tag. Just another sign of the times I guess.

    This place is a VIBE!! I had so much fun dancing and the drinks were delicious & strong! The DJ knew the assignment. Now the food, I understand it’s “bar bites” but the bites need to be more big. The street shrimp tacos were so damn good but it only came with TWO. And the chicken tenders were a small portion as well. Other than that, it was a great place to be on a Saturday night!
