    Merriman’s is one of my favorite restaurants on the island. I love their commitment to local farm-to-table ingredients, and the quality is consistently excellent every time I visit. The menu highlights fresh, local products in creative and delicious ways, and you can truly taste the difference. The service is always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and relaxed. Their happy hour menu had really good fish & chips, also listed on it were fish tacos, kalua pork quesadilla and their popular Szechuan green beans. Also got the Just Lettuce which is so light yet refreshing and the Bag Of Biscuits-always with the honey!Consistency is what keeps me coming back, and they never disappoint.

    Okay, but this might be the best Hamachi Kama I’ve had on the island 😮‍💨🔥 The hand rolls and sashimi were just as amazing. Definitely a spot worth coming back to 💯💯

    Chef dinner was off the charts from start to finish in every aspect. Mix of smaller and larger plates was well balanced and satisfying.flavors and presentation varied and engaging. Feeling and food both genuine and special. Happy owners, happy chef, kitchen staff very focused and servers eager and helpful. Rarely does one find a complete virtuous circle in an operation like this. And they do a big job with the wines
