    Alligator Soul was absolutely amazing. From our waitress Ebony, who answered every question and was attentive to everything, to the food. As an original Cajun, that can trace my roots back to the Nova Scotian exiles, this restaurant got everything perfectly. Many restaurants claim Cajun authenticity, but this one nailed it. The chef knows what he is doing. 12 out 10.

    Great service, in particular Mark, our waiter did a great job explaining the menu and making suggestions. Steaks were amazing. Filet mignon and rib eye were perfectly cooked, medium rare, and perfectly seasoned. Rarely have we had better steaks and sides. Highly recommend and we will be back.
