Food was great. Our server was amazing. Sit out back and enjoy the evening. They have heaters available for cooler nights. Definitely would go back. Tapas are big portions. We order five different ones, plenty of food!!! Cheese board was very nice. Great selections of Spanish cheeses.

It's been a couple years since we dined at Dry Creek Kitchen. Had heard from a few locals it was superb! So we gave it a Thursday Neighbor 3 course a try. The food was totally the best! As a southerner, the smoked pork chop was delicious with the greens and bacon in a very light sauce were so spot on with flavors that belonged together created by Chef Shane McAnelly! Congratulations to the entire team they all were very welcoming.

Valette is still the best restaurant in Healdsburg, a city with multiple outstanding dining choices. The melon gazpacho was flavorful and refreshing. The charcuterie board is an exceptional appetizer. The scallops are still one of my favorite dishes are are sufficient for a light main course. The service is spot on and friendly, a credit to the excellent management and the entire Valette team. Don’t miss an opportunity to enjoy a great meal in a relaxing environment.

We visited on a Thursday at 4:30pm. I had made reservations, but there was plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Unlike the bar downstairs, there is no "happy hour" pricing on food and wine. The prices, however, are reasonable for the quality and location (Healdsburg). Our favorite was the spiced pork belly. We also shared some marinated olives, a cheese plate, and a BLT pizza. I had a glass of the Prosecco, a glass of Rose, and a glass of Pinot Noir over the course of our meal. My spouse had a specialty cocktail and a gin & tonic. We split some vanilla soft-serve with chocolate sauce for dessert. The food is quite good -- you won't be disappointed. The outdoor setting is what sets it apart. It's a great little spot at this time of day to relax and unwind over food and wine, with a background of 70s and 80s music.
