Opuz Kitchen is a modern Turkish restaurant and bar in Watford, where everything centres on the charcoal grill. Our chefs cook over open flames from morning to close, from marinated lamb and chicken shish to whole sea bass, sharing mixed grills, and mezze prepared fresh each day. The dining room pairs warm brass lighting and leather booths with a checkerboard floor and a full cocktail bar, so it suits a quick lunch just as well as a long dinner with friends or a big birthday table.
