At Langbaan, classic Thai food is transformed into a refined five-course tasting menu using the bounty of Pacific Northwest ingredients.     Excellent food and cocktails. We had the Lechon Margarita and it is fresh and delicious. All of the food was delicious. Favorites were brisket empanadas, seafood ceviche, spicy chicken bites, jicama salad, and pasta with clams and chorizo. Highly recommended!

    Delicious, well thought out dishes that pack layers of flavor. Love coming back to taste the plays on what’s in season. The potatoes were so good we had to order them twice.
