We had a large group and the service was great. We weren’t rushed at all, food was excellent and overall had a wonderful time!

From the moment we arrived, the dining experience was exceptional. We started with handcrafted cocktails that were perfectly balanced and set the tone for the evening. The fresh salad was beautifully presented, crisp, and flavorful, with ingredients that tasted incredibly fresh. The highlight of the meal, the scallops cooked to perfection—tender, buttery, and expertly seared. The silky carrot purée added a subtle sweetness that complemented the scallops beautifully, creating a dish that was both elegant and memorable. Also, the ribeye steak. Cooked exactly to order, it was juicy, flavorful, and incredibly tender. Served alongside perfectly prepared potatoes and fresh asparagus, every component of the plate was thoughtfully executed and delicious. To finish, we indulged in the chocolate cake, which was rich, decadent, and the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. Every course showcased attention to detail, quality ingredients, and excellent culinary skill. Combined with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere, this was truly an excellent dining experience that we look forward to enjoying again.

Great food, great service, nice gem of a Mexican restaurant in Hellertown. Easy to park and Novell e neighborhood/ regulars vibe. You can reserve bar seating as well if your prefer. AAA+++

Loved everything about dining at Pietramala again. The drinks were delicious and interesting options plentiful. The cucumbers and ranch were such a treat (and we are all omnivores so can have any kind of creamy sauce but crave this one). The mushrooms were exceptional as was dessert. I wanted more morel flavour for the pasta but it was a beautiful and tasty dish too. I never go for chocolate desserts but that chocolate peanut butter mousse hit! 🤯🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 Thank you for doing what you do so well, creative, well sourced and the wood fire smell in the air and taste on the food is so nice!

It was mine and my wife’s 1st time here and it Was awesome. Server was knowledgeable of everything and very helpful. Food was great and so good
