Located on the 18 floor of Harrah’s hotel tower, our restaurant’s features include a dramatic entrance, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar and magnificent views.Friday’s Station specializes in a wide variety of Dry-Aged, Certified Angus, and USDA Prime beef, ocean-fresh seafood specials and tantalizing side dishes, all served up with a breathtaking panorama of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada• We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running late. There is a $25 no-show fee per guest.• 1 check per reservation, we cannot do split checks.• For your convenience, 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill of parties of 6 or more guests• The entire party must be present to be seated. • No outside beverages to be brought into the restaurant.• Corkage: $50 per bottle (750ml) with a maximum of 2 bottles allowed.• Dress code: Smart Casual. Before there was a hotel, there was a saloon. In 1852, thousands of thirsty prospectors filled their glasses at the original Golden Gate Saloon. After Grass Valley was destroyed by a fire in 1855, the owners quickly adapted and sold whiskey and beer to loyal customers from a tent among the rubble the next day. A seamless flow from the bar to the dining room and outdoor patio offers our guests the perfect mix of food and drink. Enjoy a contemporary menu with the fresh flavors of California and a dash of Mexico, utilizing the bounty of our local and organic farms. The Golden Gate menu is updated seasonally.

    My wife and I traveled to Lake Tahoe and wanted to experience something different and The Edge Restaurant and Lounge offered that experience. Our server Spencer and his other assistants were tremendous in caring for our dining experience. Spencer even provided us with some local facts that were very interesting. We will return again in 2027 and hoping to see the same team. Thank you guys. We loved it.

    We had a reservation and they seated us with a view of the lake right away. All the staff were friendly and professional from the hosts to the server (Matt) and his helper (Elias). The food was the best we’ve had there…perfection. We shared the NY steak, baked potato with all the fixings, and a Caesar salad. This is our favorite restaurant for a steak in all of South Lake Tahoe. We’ll be back.

    Hell's Kitchen never fails to impress. I ordered a beet salad which was the best one I have ever had. The chicken was moist as it is supposed to be but often is dry even at good restaurants. Signature Beef Wellington is still the best.

    We tried the 6 course tasting meal; a very interesting variety of tastes and textures. Service was outstanding, and the place had a genuine austere Japanese feel to it. Loved it!

    Lovely staff and food! Celebrated a birthday and it was very nice. Wish they had a full bar but other than that everything was wonderful.
