Here at Waresley Park, we are creating a community around wellness, the outdoors, food and drink. We focus on a relaxed dining atmosphere focused around our indoor coffee shop space as well as our sun-drenched courtyard - serving hand-stretched pizzas, cooked by our very own master pizzaiolo, fish and chips on Fridays and our daily menu offering breakfast, lunch, sweet and savoury bakes. We roast our own coffee beans on site by our very talented coffee roaster, Andrea. We have a carefully curated wine list, our own beer 'Where's Lee' and delicious cocktails as well as an extensive list of soft drink options.Each month, we offer events focussed around special food menus, wine and cocktail making which utilise other parts of the estate to make the most of our beautiful surroundings! Set in the former 1930s Hitchin ballroom, on the first floor, Hermitage Rd restaurant & bar boasts a seasonal, award winning and sustainable premium food offer, and a bar renowned for it's bespoke cocktails, quality wine and beer range. Award-winning food - Best Premium Food, Good Food Guide, Food Made Good sustainability status.Additionally we also have a street-level Nyetimber collaboration wine bar, which can be hired exclusively, open Friday & Saturdays only from 5pm. Our coffee shop has also expanded and offers an amazing space to socialise and/or work, open 7 days a week, offering dine-in or take-away bagels and PACT Coffee, plus various size meeting rooms for hire. The Fox is an award winning (Best Premium Food numerous times, Food Made Good Award, Good Food Guide status) gastro pub with rooms located in picturesque Willian near Letchworth, North Herts. It has a great locals bar serving a selection of real ales/lagers, dog friendly in the bar. Our relaxed 2 rosette restaurant serves an abundance of locally sourced seasonal produce with an accessible wine list as well as an extensive bar menu. We have created a beautifully landscaped outside dining area with heating and lighting. The Fox also boasts 8 beautifully designed bedrooms adjoining the pub. 5 of our our bedrooms are also dog friendly. Lots of country walks are available. Great access to Knebworth House, Hatfield House, the market towns of Hitchin, Knebworth, Letchworth and Baldock.

The Farmhouse at Redcoats is a beautiful 15th century farmhouse nestled in the north Hertfordshire countryside. Sherwin Jacobs heads the kitchen and delivers quality, fresh, local produce, much of which is grown in the no-dig garden and onsite polytunnel. Feast over fire events, pop-up BBQs and supper club events litter the calendar. The food is award-winning - Best Premium Food, Good Food Guide, Food Made Good Award, 2 star rosette kitchen etc. Private dining is available across several charismatic rooms in the main house - The Old Kitchen, The Victorian Room and The Oak Room. There are 24 rooms available and the Barns venue across the courtyard is regarded as one of the best wedding venues in the country, regularly winning awards. Pho Cambridge is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions.
