    Arts and Central is one of the better fine dining restaurants in Sarasota. It is casual but with attention to detail. The food is very good. There are varied choices on the menu. I had the Sichuan A&C noodles with Black Bean & Garlic Sauce, Sesame, Scallion, and Kimchi Aioli which was very tasty. It comes with achoice of Cauliflower, Shrimp, or Smoked Chicken. My wife had the Thursday night lobster special which she enjoyed. The wine list is quite extensive with something for every taste and price point. Arts and Central is a great addition to Sarasota's restaurant scene. '
