Enjoy dinner or cocktails in our cozy dining room, or soak up the Savannah sunshine on our rooftop. Walk-ins are always welcome! We validate parking for those who park in the Bryan St. Garage across the street from the Fitzroy. A Credit Card is required to secure your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, a $20.00 charge per person may apply. Due to Savannah's frequent and sudden weather changes, we are not always able to offer rooftop seating. If you would like to sit on our rooftop patio, please make a note on the reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate!

    Our server, Cue, was so awesome. Funny, friendly, and very informed about the food and drinks. We always have great food at the Chart House but Cue made it extra special.

    Fabulous dinner in a beautiful historic setting. Everything you could ask for on a Savannah trip. We had caesar salad, mussels and oysters rockefeller for apps. Then the halibut, shrimp with primavera pasta, 12oz ribeye and lamb shank entrees. All perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server was attentive and so accomodating.

    Superb! Everything from the polished and knowledgeable staff to the focused menu to the exceptional food preparation was perfect. Don’t miss the Smoking Jacket cocktail, the Brussels sprouts, or anything fired (our pork chop and steak, for example). Pimento cheese appetizer was light and flavorful. Pot au crème for dessert was great, too. If we could extend our trip we would, so we could dine there again!
