The Fox is an award winning (Best Premium Food numerous times, Food Made Good Award, Good Food Guide status) gastro pub with rooms located in picturesque Willian near Letchworth, North Herts. It has a great locals bar serving a selection of real ales/lagers, dog friendly in the bar. Our relaxed 2 rosette restaurant serves an abundance of locally sourced seasonal produce with an accessible wine list as well as an extensive bar menu. We have created a beautifully landscaped outside dining area with heating and lighting. The Fox also boasts 8 beautifully designed bedrooms adjoining the pub. 5 of our our bedrooms are also dog friendly. Lots of country walks are available. If you've answered yes to one or more of these then perhaps Tollington's can refresh both your palate and mind.The idea came from a mirror in an antiques market and a love for a more informal approach to dining, the result a chippy in North London with church pews bolted to the walls to be leaned on and eaten from. The focus is on fish but the menu transcends just fish, leaving no stone unturned in the never ending quest for flavour. In the warmer months the pavement becomes alive with customers and the food reflects the weather. In winter people huddle indoors and enjoy the heartier mountain foods of Iberia.
