Pho Spitalfields is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions. We are also accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. Just opened 14 Feb 2022!Walking into Emilia’s Wood Wharf will be like entering a bustling trattoria in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region with an ambience created by natural terracotta-plastered walls bathed in natural light, rustic Iroko furniture, creamy crema marfil marble counters and hand-painted Italian tiles. Chefs making fresh pasta greet diners at the window in a special dedicated custom-made area visible from all sides. The thoughtfully designed interior cleverly combines a vibrant bar area with a custom table bocce for some competitive socialising in half the restaurant, with a cosy rustic restaurant section for more intimate moments and lingering conversations. The custom-designed kitchen and bar areas will be fully open for diners to watch the theatrics of drinks and dishes being freshly prepared. Outside, alfresco diners will enjoy views of the water and the green open spaces of Harbour Quay Gardens as well as the stunning architecture of surrounding Canary Wharf

A small fish restaurant from the Four Legs team (The Plimsoll). A love letter to Spain and Portugal and the inspiration for all of the wet rice dishes now found across menus in the city. Viva la Inspiración. Tired of the loosely French inspired humdrum of restaurants popping up across the city of London? Do you like holidays? Do you like cold drinks and warm service? If you've answered yes to one or more of these then perhaps Tollington's can refresh both your palate and mind.The idea came from a mirror in an antiques market and a love for a more informal approach to dining, the result a chippy in North London with church pews bolted to the walls to be leaned on and eaten from. The focus is on fish but the menu transcends just fish, leaving no stone unturned in the never ending quest for flavour. In the warmer months the pavement becomes alive with customers and the food reflects the weather. In winter people huddle indoors and enjoy the heartier mountain foods of Iberia.

    Pho is always a nice place if you want warm and comforting food. Plus the restaurant is gluten free which is a plus. Was very busy for a Monday night thus I will definitely recommend booking to avoid waiting time. The restaurant states that they always keep tables for walk in but if it wasn’t for my booking we would be waiting at least 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

    Came after seeing their Sunday roast on socials and can say we were not disappointed. We had some items off their à la carte menu too and would definitely come back again for dinner. Their cocktails were good quality, definitely somewhere to come the girls. Service was good and everyone was so friendly, atmosphere was relaxed so I didn’t feel rushed to order and leave. Highly recommend!
