Kuon Omakase offers a truly unique dining experience, where you can entrust the chef to create a 20-course menu of the freshest sushi and sashimi. The menu changes daily depending on the season and produce available from the local fish market. Couldn’t love Le Salle more if I tried. The menu changes regularly with only the bread remaining constant. Each dish cooked perfectly and presented with incredible care. Eddy provides a warm service and som duties. This menu included all the required food groups and the option to upgrade to a wagyu. The fish, Imperadore was the favourite for me but almost too close to pick a favourite.

A lovely dining experience! I ordered the arancini and bluefin tuna with a glass of Caldora Pinot Grigio. The atmosphere was very serene and the waitstaff were very helpful with food and wine selection. I would definitely recommend it!
