Absolutely wonderful food, wines/beers, ambience, scenery, and service!

Gabriel our waiter was great from start to finish. His suggestions on wine and main courses were spot on. Also a shout out to the hostess. She is friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. We love Toma and always frequent the establishment every time we come to Santa Barbara..

Looks like this is becoming our go-to restaurant...it's always great service and fabulous Italian food. We had the special salad - definitely big enough to share, the spinach/ricotta ravioli (of course), arribbiata and the farfalle with smoked salmon. Also had the cesar salad - very light on the dressing this time. But we needed more so it was delivered quickly! Delightful meals all -around.

From start to finish, a wonderfully enjoyable afternoon. The service was excellent and personal (thanks, Lupita!), food and wine were perfect (best Carbonara in years), and the whole sidewalk atmosphere was friendly, and comfortable. Not so far away from home that we won’t be doing it again very soon.

Their food was delicious and the service was wonderful in the relaxed atmosphere.
