Kellybrook is a winery set in a vineyard, garden and bush oasis 45 minutes from Melbourne. The first licensed winery in the Yarra Valley (1970), it is operated by the Kelly family.Share platters, tastings and drinks are available for cellar door visitors. There is always a warm welcome and, in the cooler months, a crackling open fire. Our friendly team will give you an experience to remember. An extensive range of small batch wines are made on site, including sparkling wines, Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet. The Kelly family has also been producing traditional and modern styles of cider for over 50 years. These include Kelly Brothers ciders, bottle fermented cider and apple brandy. Wines and ciders available for tasting (seated & max 6 people unless booked prior), take away or by the bottle or glass to enjoy in the cellar door or gardens.Picnics may be ordered from the cellar door to enjoy in the gardens.     Incredible place, Pamela and her staff went above and beyond to make our lunch exceptional. The Salmon Crudo was off the charts and the lambs shoulder is to die for, can’t wait to return.

    Amazing experience! It was our first cellar-door visit, and we chose Kellybrook because it is a small family-run winery located so close to Melbourne. The wine tasting was wonderful, and Jenny’s explanations gave us such a deeper appreciation of wine and the journey from vineyard to bottle. That said, the real winner for us was the cider — an absolute must-try! The Sour Granny was especially unique: crisp, fresh, and unlike anything we’ve had before. You can truly feel the love and dedication the family pours into the winery, which made the whole experience feel so genuine and special. And the 130-year-old oak tree is absolutely breathtaking — definitely not to be missed.
