Terrazas at Lyfe is the premier rooftop restaurant in Hollywood & Hallandale Beach, offering brunch, lunch, dinner, happy hour, and wine tastings with Italian and South American flavors. Located on our 9th-floor oceanfront rooftop at 4111 S Ocean Drive, we’ve been a dining destination for over 8 years. Guests enjoy poolside vibes, handcrafted cocktails, and award-winning cuisine with 360-degree views of the ocean and cityscape. Open since 2016, Terrazas has become one of South Florida’s top hotspots, minutes from Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura, and Fort Lauderdale. Recognized with multiple awards, our vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service make every visit unforgettable. As part of the same hospitality group, we proudly feature Ferllen Winery, a boutique winery from Mendoza, Argentina, offering exclusive wine pairings and tastings. Whether for brunch, sunset cocktails, fine dining, or private events, Terrazas is the perfect rooftop destination for locals and visitors alike.
