The 28 day aged stake didn’t even need sauce, although the peppercorn sauce was lovely. We ordered medium rare but received rare so if I was returning I would order a level up from what i normally get. The staff were attentive and friendly, they start by showing you all the different cuts and sizing to help you make the right choice. Everything we ate was exceptional, seasoned perfectly, all that was required was a knife and fork. I will definitely be visiting again when I’m next in Dublin.更多資訊F.X.
