“Pete's” Saloon & Restaurant of Elmsford was born in 1977, and has grown from “The Saloon”, the ambitious dream of former owner Peter Riekstins to another ambitious dream of new owner-Anthony Bartolotta.So many of our friends and clientele have grown with us remaining loyal through our six renovations, kitchen and staff upgrades. So many new folks have also joined the Pete's community in recent years, as the quality of the meals, ambience and venue have expanded and matured.
