Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. Nona Blue is a casual dining, full-service restaurant that provides the Lake Nona community with a from scratch kitchen coupled with a friendly and hospitable service staff. Often described as "food the way we like” by Owner Joe Davi. Information provided by Davi includes their Tuna is Pacific Ocean only, either Yellowfin or Bigeye depending on the season, a curated custom wet-aged beef program that ensures an outstanding product cooked to temperature on a 100% woodburning grill. Our restaurant provides an extensive menu of daily features. Other notables are house made salad dressings, sauces, soups, and desserts. Dining room centered bar provides 36 very comfortable bar seats that surround flat screen televisions for sports entertainment options, an outstanding bourbon and whiskey collection, unique craft cocktails, and an extensive wine list that has over one hundred options by the glass and the bottle. Looked forward to dinner in boat with granddaughter and it was great. She enjoyed it as did we. We only had apps 3for 3 people and it was a lot of food. We also shared a desert. Key lime cheesecake. Yum.

Wow, Rob was the most attentive, detail oriented and helpful server ever! Spot on recommendations, everything we needed he thought of ahead of time and provided it! What an enjoyable and wonderful evening with phenomenal food. The southern flair is done perfectly.

Excellent food and our server Cece was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, funny and attentive, we can’t wait for our next visit to Reel. Oh, by the way the carrot cake is to die for, very delicious.
