Ambar is the perfect restaurant to enjoy a great meal and a wonderful atmosphere. The manager, Courtney, is an absolute delight, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. His passion for hospitality shines through and helps create an exceptional dining experience.

This one of the best restaurant I go to all the time. Food and service is always outstanding!

We had a lovely brunch here at Gerrard Street Kitchen. The ambience is beautiful. I commented to my friend that I liked the atmosphere. We sat indoors although umbrella -covered outdoor tables were available. Our server was friendly and attentive. My friend and I decided to split the tart and kale caesar and they kitchen was thoughtful to split it for us so we didn't have to. Both were delicious and well-presented. We were celebrating my friend's birthday which I had noted when I made the reservation. Gerrard Street Kitchen was kind enough to bring out a complimentary creme brûlée garnished with fruit and a chocolate happy birthday sign. I really appreciate restaurants that acknowledge a birthday with a nice gesture. Not all places will do it and I take note of the ones that do. Gerrard Street Kitchen hadn't been on my radar but I found it on open table since it's near where my friend attends church. It's a little outside of my normal restaurants locations but I really enjoyed the restaurant and look forward to returning. I also found street parking very easily for Sunday brunch.
