Great sushi, rolls - huge variety of different sake to try !!! fun sushi chefs and outstanding server -

The Thursday Global Omakase was an amazing experience. I brought 5 friends there, three of which had never had sushi-bar-style omakase. All of them were floored. The chefs - there were four, working together - whipped up 14 courses, each consisting of a single high-quality piece of nigiri with different fish, seafood, and of course, wagyu. Each piece was topped with different toppings, drawing from inspirations from cuisine from around the world. They also offered a flight of sake pairings, which three of my friends tried and all enjoyed. The staff were energetic and outgoing, happily talked to all of us about the food we were eating and the experience we were having. While not a "loud" restaurant, it was just the slightest bit noisy enough that, on occasion, the chefs were hard to hear. But all in all in was a phenomenal dinner, and highly worthwhile sharing with someone you care about. Go on an adventure and have some nice food :)

We thoroughly enjoyed the omakase experience! Jordan was an excellent waiter and the food was beyond words. Each dish was thoughtful and balanced. Love, love, loved the experience.
