Rolf and Daughters serves seasonal New American cooking in Germantown, inside Nashville's historic Werthan factory. Chef and owner Philip Krajeck describes it as modern peasant food: shareable plates built on house made pasta, house baked bread, wood fired cooking, and vegetables from regional farms.
