Always perfection at The Refinery! Staff is outstanding and food is the best around. Only negative is every time I go they are out of something (focaccia, lasagna, carrots) but we just pick something else.

We had a great experience last night for a friend's birthday. Oscar was excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations.

From the moment we arrived, the dining experience was exceptional. We started with handcrafted cocktails that were perfectly balanced and set the tone for the evening. The fresh salad was beautifully presented, crisp, and flavorful, with ingredients that tasted incredibly fresh. The highlight of the meal, the scallops cooked to perfection—tender, buttery, and expertly seared. The silky carrot purée added a subtle sweetness that complemented the scallops beautifully, creating a dish that was both elegant and memorable. Also, the ribeye steak. Cooked exactly to order, it was juicy, flavorful, and incredibly tender. Served alongside perfectly prepared potatoes and fresh asparagus, every component of the plate was thoughtfully executed and delicious. To finish, we indulged in the chocolate cake, which was rich, decadent, and the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. Every course showcased attention to detail, quality ingredients, and excellent culinary skill. Combined with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere, this was truly an excellent dining experience that we look forward to enjoying again.
