For matinee goers, you can enjoy a delicious touch of elegance with a handcrafted Lyrebird High Tea, before your show. $25 per person or $30 per person including a glass of bubbles. Available only for select matinee shows. The quintessential QPAC experience begins at the Lyrebird.

August is a restaurant that sits in the old heritage church on Dornoch Terrace, West End. Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. Our menu is influenced by regional food from France, Italy and Spain.August is open for dinner from 5pm on Thursday - Saturday, and from 11:30am for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.     Best food we experienced on our entire trip! Spent 3 nights at the lodge and enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day! The food was amazing with robust flavor and complexity! Highly recommend to anyone!

    We had a sensational dinner at Kent Road bistro with some friends. Food was excellent and just perfect for the wines we had. The staff are amazing. Many thanks to Charlotte - great friendly service. And the chef!!! We have been here before and will be back again.

    Ordered the 3 course dego, expecting dego size portions but no! Portions were so generous. Delicious wagyu, fresh seafood. Sides were included, also generous and delicious. We were blown away by the value. Wine list was adequate. Team attentive and polite. Will definitely be back!
