Rolf and Daughters serves seasonal New American cooking in Germantown, inside Nashville's historic Werthan factory. Chef and owner Philip Krajeck describes it as modern peasant food: shareable plates built on house made pasta, house baked bread, wood fired cooking, and vegetables from regional farms. The bar keeps an evolving natural wine list alongside house cocktails, and communal tables sit beside the dining room and bar. Dinner nightly from 5pm. Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large fireplace grill, wood-burning oven, white quarter-sawn oak bar, chef’s counter, and heated outdoor dining patio with umbrellas. The menu at Adele’s focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly and offers a wonderful weekend brunch from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Adele’s provides free parking in the first 2 rows of angled parking spots located directly in front of our building (validation required). If our parking lot is full, we offer validated parking in the parking lot across the street (1207 McGavock St.) or the parking garage behind Adele's (1222 Demonbreun St.).
