The wings were tasty.. however everything else was lacking. No proper direction from the time of arrival to seating. Service was a bit slow and I didn't get the seating I reserved.

The ambiance and decor is 10/10. My reservation was at 9, I didn’t get service until after 10pm. We literally waited an hour to put in our drink and food order. There were many staff members but only Montel seemed to be tending to the customers. My friend asked to speak with a manager, and was directed to speak with a young lady that was nonchalant and passive; her only response was that the staff is busy. Her attitude and demeanor was not professional nor satisfactory to paying customers. Our food arrived cold, another disappointment. Later the manager Johnathan came to our table to address our concerns. Overall, I’m not happy with my visit here after seeing reviews on social media. I won’t be returning.

This was unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences my friends and I have had in a while. To start, despite making a reservation and arriving when there were few persons there, there was no dedicated person to greet guests and we had to wait for a table to be set. This became a running thread for the evening. It was clear they were understaffed and undertrained as we had to continuously beg for service. There was no-one walking the floor to check on diners and for over 2:30+ hrs we only got a refill of water twice. The food took 30-40 mins to arrive for each course and was not worth it. The food was served without table napkins or cutlery, which we had to also beg for 20 mins later. The desserts took 40 mins to arrive and were also not worth it. The tables and seating are poorly laid out and insufficient, with one diner at the table next to us being given a pizza to eat in her lap. Sadly, we did not fully enjoy nor finish any of the items. Won't be back.

What an experience..From the time we existed the elevator we were in awe of the decor and vibe.. The service was outstanding..Randelle is top tier, she truly excelled in her delivery of service.. I look forward to returning..the food and drinks (Indigo) were scrumptious..
