we sat at the bar before dinner with our friends. The bartender didn't even know how to make a martini. Please get a real bartender.

Josh our server was great. All side dishes from the bar were really good. I think we could have just done that and it would have been good. The meat which is what you pay for was not great. It was either over or way under. The best meat was the chicken and pork which are the cheap cuts. We did like the streak tips but one was chewy. Desserts were good and the cinnamon toast shot was so good. We’d try again for sure. Bar had some issue with a patron and called police, that was memorable for sure.

It was not busy at 7.30 on brick city weekend Friday night. Had great service. Salad bar was wonderful with lots to pick. We definitely ate too much. Never got to dessert as we were too full. Expensive though when you figure out what this meal would cost à la carte it’s comparable if not a better deal.

Not as good as other churrascarias I've enjoyed. Our table of three received far less service than the 6-8 tops around us. The gauchos didn't visit as much as we anticipated and the "good" picanha only came around twice in the 90 minutes we were there. We waved off the chicken and sausage three times while we waited. Server was slow to refill water and clear plates. Won't return.

I was told this place was super busy, so I made reservations before a surgery that I had done in June. I got the confirming text the day before, we checked in and it was as if we had no reservation and as if we were never even there. Or our table was never assigned to anyone. The whole night our table was sort of neglected. Our water refill never came, our meat never came… We felt completely lost and sat there most of the night waiting for things to happen that never happened. Due to my surgery I had to have the salad bar which was pretty good. The meat however was still mooing. My family couldn’t eat quite a few options. We did leave full. But celebrating my husbands birthday could have been better elsewhere.

The food was great. The waitress was great. We just had a problem with the guy at the front desk. He was rude to us and others. When we arrived, we stood there for 10 minutes before he acknowledged us. he was on the phone and nobody else was around to check us in. When he finally got off the phone he wasn't very pleasant. There were 7 of us, 3 from my company, 4 from my client. I was trying to show them a good time. We were about to drop about $700 at his restaurant. Seems like he could have had a bit less attitude.

Good concept. Salad bar was good and fresh. The "palate cleanse" items they bring to table were not hot or even warm. I found filet to be a bit fatty. Not all beef was offered to us. Seemed to get the same ones over and over. Glad we tried it. Won't be back.

The hostess at us immediately at a nice window table. The gaucho service was wonderful. Our water glasses din not receive adequate attention and the plates were not adequately cleared. Menu items for desert were unavailable - even though requested early on a Friday (i wonder what will still be available by Sunday dinner!).
