We went in at 11:30 on a Sunday 10/4 just to enjoy some good food and nice atmosphere. We sat at the bar. Everything was fine at first. Then an employee, who was not working, sat at the other end of the bar. She proceeded to talk about all the people she works with to our bartender. She was so loud. Dropping exploitatives left and right. And that in and of itself wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t her alone filling up the entire bar area. Totally ruined the experience for us. She ended up costing the bartender money because we left early, and didn’t tip her as well as we might have because she didn’t ask her friend and coworker, to tone it down.

I haven't been to McCormick & Schmick in years and I don't recall the customer service being as top notch as it was last night! The front desk gentleman, our server and the manager who checked on us were all extremely friendly and professional! The food was delicious as well!

A pre-concert dinner at Baltimore's Pier 5 M&S. Shared a wonderful shrimp cocktail with HUGE shrimp. My date had the Broiled Seafood Platter which was excellent (the crab cake was without reproach) I had the Choice NY Strip which was very good, though it had some gristle and was more rare than ordered (still was melty good).

Our experience was spectacular! I was greeted by name when I arrived ( I can only assume based on my Open Table photo). I brought a friend there for her birthday. Our waiter made her special day even more special! He called her by name offered to take table photos, brought a free dessert and made appropriate menu suggestions. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere was very relaxing.
