Jadis is a cozy wine bar offering Euro- centric organic wines, small plates like escargot, artichoke hearts, tuna tartare and decadent cheese and charcuterie platters, classics like seasonal Cassoulet, Skirt Steak and Beef Bourguignon. Jadis is perfect for a date night and get together with friends. Jadis is located in the heart of Lower East Side since 2006. Nearest train is F at 2nd Avenue.

    So so good. This place has it all - great service, amazing food, brilliant wine list and ambience for days. I will be returning to NYC in December and cannot wait to go back. Exceptional small business.

    The perfect date spot. I cannot recommend enough. Came here for a going away party and the cocktails and wine list were so good I decided to come back in a date. The food surpassed my expectations and the wines were amazing. Although i forgot to take pictures, we had the escargot, shrimp, ahi tuna, and the duck tartare. So so good. Perfectly place to have a good conversation and good food. Service was just what I needed. Nothing over the top but kind, fast, and efficient.

    I love Jadis and they never disappoint. Interesting wine list, wonderful small plates as well as delicious mains. Terrific and always accommodating staff.

    I do LOVE Jadis! I have been going here for more than a decade for anniversaries, birthdays, and other celebrations. I hadn't been back in some time, but it's always like coming home. I even introduced two more friends to it the other night. The wine and food are always excellent. Isidro and the entire staff are always exceptional. I can't wait to go back! à la prochaine
