   Lovely place. I really enjoyed the experience. They may need a better organization and delivery service. Room for improvement in some areas.

   This was our second time back and our experience was not nearly as good as the first visit. We were made to sit in the bar area due to graduation weekend and all of the reservations (which I made mine weeks in advance, anticipating it being very busy). We were promised the full experience and that the gauchos would come around...they did not. We had to ask several times, plus the wait time for our cocktails was very slow. Too crowded to put that many tables in the bar area as the gauchos had a hard time maneuvering through, so carving the meat on the corners of our table was not ideal as there was not enough room. Could not easily get up and down to go to the salad bar due to how crowded and hemmed in we were with the other tables. We will not dine in when see we are forced to sit in the bar area. Not a good idea at all...the bar area is for appetizers, visiting and ordering cocktails...not the full experience with tables crowded in that area. Disappointed to say the least.

   The salad bar was excellent! The restaurant is very brightly lit and isn’t as formal as the price deserves. Very expensive for the experience.

   The experience felt a little rushed/ overwhelming; however, the staff was very attentive. There was an issue with the lighting switch, making it uncomfortably bright, resembling a cafeteria. The meat and salad bar selection was good, however the mashed potatoes tasted like instant, but overall the experience was great. The price for 3 people was $280 and websidnt have dessert. Justale sure you go hungry because it is a lot of food.

   The food was very good. The service not so much. We have been to these type of restaurants in the past. We felt like we needed to leep asking for the servers to stop by with the meats. Seems like they mainly focused on larger tables.

   Excellent customer service from entire staff. Food was great. Love how the Brazilian Lemonade isn’t very sugary. Flaming Cheesecake was my favorite!!!

    As I have posted several times before, this is an excellent restaurant to relax, dine and feel appreciated and with al your desires and wants at your every beckon.
