Delicious food and very good service. And even being a Saturday evening they let us stay nearly 3H enjoying our food and friends. We were a group of 6.

Very disappointing experience. The service was almost non-existent, and no one came to change the grill plate when it needed replacing. The food was also extremely disappointing. It did not taste like authentic Korean food at all, and unfortunately, we found the food very unpleasant. We came with high expectations, but both the food and the service were a real let-down. Definitely not a place I would recommend for authentic Korean BBQ.

1 star — Delivery orders prioritized over dine-in customers Really disappointing experience. The restaurant clearly prioritizes delivery orders over people actually dining in. My dish took 40 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. I sent it back, and instead of remaking it, they reheated it in oil — it came back burnt. My son’s main course came out, but they forgot the hot oil for our tabletop grill for a good 15 minutes, so my husband and son were just sitting there waiting to cook. The restaurant wasn’t even busy — only about four tables were occupied on our floor. But delivery drivers kept coming in back-to-back to collect orders, and it was obvious the staff were focused on getting those out the door while dine-in customers were left waiting. There were enough staff on shift; the problem was priorities, not numbers. If you’re planning to eat in, be prepared to wait a long time and receive poor quality food while delivery orders get all the attention.

I stuck with just the beef bibimbap and chicken dumplings, the stone pot's heat was spot-on for getting the rice crispy—watch your fingers though, it might burn yourself too. The chicken dumplings were ok to say the least.

Our first experience of Korean food so we asked for recommendations and ordered all we were told about. It was delicious. We didn’t realise starters and mains came almost together so the beef got a little cold. But next time I would eat a bit of everything all on the one plate which is possibly what we were supposed to do! The staff and service were exemplary.

The food was absolute perfection and so delicious! The Korean barbecue experience was amazing, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. We had a great time!

Such a lovely lunch here! Glad to see Bullgogi Notting Hill back up to its old standards again, and maybe even better now! The Assistant Manager informed us that the management had changed about 5/6 months ago and it has certainly changed for the better. We had a lovely variety of dishes which were all delicious. The service was excellent, friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. For four of us the bill came to just over £100 which is practically unheard of in a decent restaurant in Central London nowadays. Admittedly we all felt like drinking water so we didn't buy any drinks, but still, it was a lovely experience all round. Please don't change a thing, except maybe just don't have such manic K-Pop playing all the time!! Once we asked for the music to be turned down it was much better, but still rather frenetic! Something a little calmer and quieter would be great. Apart from that, absolutely no complaints!
