Excellent! Food was delicious, innovative and every plate better than the last! Fried chicken skins....YUM Devils eggs....Wonderful! Shavd Brussel Sprout salad.....YUM YUM Black Rice and Oxtail Risotto....O M G! Bourbon Fudge Browie with bacon ice cream?????? Lol, incredible! Can't wait to return to try other specialities!

Okay, we're from South Mississippi and South Louisiana and I know good food! This was the BEST food that I have ever had! Hugo, our waiter, was just so amazing and had a large part in making this experience amazing. We're definitely going to make this a place that we always go to while in Las Vegas. This place was recommended by a local and definitely did not disappoint. We had the BBQ shrimp, my husband had the chefs special and I had a bone in ribeye with Risotto and then we had desserts. The tirimusu was the best and so was the Cheesecake. I'm very serious when I say that this was the BEST food I've ever had.

Once again the experience was phenomenal Such a classy restaurant that makes you feel like you time traveled to the 1900s and the service is always top notch. The food was mouthwatering, highly recommend ordering roasted thick bacon for an appetizer.

The very best service! Waitstaff is exceptional! Ask for recommendations. A large selection and a verity variety of dinner as well as appetizers selection. Meals are prepared to perfection. Hugo’s is always a must dine at when visiting Las Vegas! The cost of diner was much less than a restaurant we had eaten at the previous night. The ambience and exceptional all around dining experience at Hugo’s shouldn’t be missed!

Our experience reached well beyond our expectations. The ambiance was very energetic without our being overwhelming or annoying. For the 30 and over age group, this was definitely our vibe even though the younger crowd would love this atmosphere and food.
