Had another great experience at Flame and Fire went with my whole family and enjoyed every minute. Staff is so accommodating and they always make sure you are getting enough to eat and making sure there isn’t a specific meat you haven’t had or that you want more of. ALWAYS IMPRESSED with the service and ALWAYS leave stuffed. GREAT JOB Flame and Fire!!!

Always a treat to have dinner at Zama when in Bakersfield. The only negative on this visit was how fast the service was..it was a Monday and not very busy. Prefer a little pause (at least 20 minutes) between cocktails and dinner. The food order came within 10 minutes of the cocktail..wish we had said to allow some time before bringing food. The empanadas and cochinita pibil were delish. We were seated and out the door in 45 minutes.

My steak was perfect, always is. Ambiance was dimmed down but I like it that way. Nice and quiet. I felt semi- private in my booth.
