A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. "Your Pleasure is Our Pleasure!" Please join us at Bar Cecil for a delightful evening. We welcome parties of 5 or fewer guests (limited space for parties of 5). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm.     Thus far, Spencer's has not disappointed, and I can't imagine they ever will. We arrived a little early and the front staff greeted us with amazing smiles, clearly indicating the type of service and warmth we were going to receive. Our waitress made great recommendations, she was prompt, and as busy as she was throughout the night, she was very attentive to our table. I don't have the words to describe the food because it's an experience unlike any other. The calamari appetizer had a perfect crispy tenderness with a new fusion flavor. Their soup of the day was creamy, smooth and delightful. Our seafood main courses, each hot andcooked to perfection, and in each bite, one can taste every ingredient used. It was an overall well balanced delight. I cannot stress enough how welcomed everyone made us feel. Thank you to everyone at Spencer's, from those who greeted us walking in, to everyone in the kitchen who made delivered a masterpiece of food and service.

    Our server was awesome, she was friendly, efficient and gave me great recommendation on my meal choice. I believe her name was Amber. The food, as always was delicious AND they had $5 draft beers - so I had a couple of Stella’s! A great night

    Happy Hour at Tropicale was fantastic. Our party of 5 tried several of the HH options and everything was tasty! Service was outstanding- thank you Sergio and George! The ambiance on the patio was lovely and we appreciated the patio heaters. Would definitely recommend!

    Came to this place because every other place had 0 reservations on a Saturday. SO HAPPY this was the case. My bf and I were SO surprised to see how amazing everything was. The food was authentic, well priced, and DELICIOUS. David was a fantastic waiter! He was kind, funny, and attentive. Will be coming here on all my Big Bear trips in the future!!
