Our restaurant's name, A Touch of Salt, is a play on our family name, Brine. In 2005, we started as a family business, and our family-style approach of offering genuine hospitality and meals designed for conversation has always been the heart of A Touch of Salt. Over the years, we have perfected our restaurant to become one of the best casual fine-dining restaurants in the North.

We take pride in being appreciated by the locals of Townsville as well as travellers from all over Australia.

Welcome to Sydney’s conservatory of green.

Set amongst an ‘indoor-alfresco’ dining setting, Alibi Bar & Dining serves up Mediterranean veggie fare with flair and soul.

Pairing Australia’s pioneer of plant-based cuisine, Shannon Martinez with legendary mixologist Andrea Gualdi, Alibi creates a sensory journey of discovery.

Expect a soulful menu that leans heavily on Martinez’s Spanish heritage, and a fresh and sustainable drinks list that takes inspiration from the Mediterranean style of drinking.

Currently, we trade in the restaurant Tuesday to Saturday evenings from 5:30pm.

We offer bookings in our bar as well as our restaurant (dining). Bar bookings are offered a brief snack menu with some substantial options.

In the restaurant we offer an A la Carte menu option Tuesday to Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, we offer a share menu.
