干貝不太新鮮，威靈頓牛排是好吃，味道有層次，但有點鹹，米蛋糕我覺得很好吃，味道香口感特別，有人說比較甜，不過是舒服的甜，建議糖漿可以另外放不要澆上去，可以個人自己加，整體而言我會推薦別人去享用

New Yorkers come for the world-class cocktails and incredible steak – prime beef dry-aged for 21 days in Gallaghers’ legendary windowed meat locker. The combination of all-natural dry aging and cooking it to perfection over hickory coals makes for a steak unlike any other found in New York.
