We had no expectations and had only heard about this through social media. Four of us were greeted and got a great tour of the history before being led into the dining room where the atmosphere feels amazing. Great music, live, in the background, but definitely does not overpower the place. You can have a great conversation with friends. We ordered cocktails, and wine, cocktails were excellent and the wine options were more than adequate. Our table ordered steak, salmon, and the pork chop special and it was all done perfectly. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a restaurant that actually knew how to cook a baked potato that was included with my steak. The dressing and the salad was fantastic and the bonus of blue cheese crumbles on the side without even asking was not expected. Everything was prepared perfectly, the presentation is fabulous. It really looks like whoever is the chef really cares, a rarity in this area anymore. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t crowded. It should be. It’s not cheap, at all. But that’s because they are only serving the best product available. Can’t wait to go back.

We went here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Everyone’s food was incredible, our server, Ian, was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. The atmosphere was great too. Music at just the right volume to enjoy it in the background but not make conversation difficult, perfect lighting, comfortable seating. This was our first visit, but definitely won’t be our last.

What a beautiful first experience!! Molly was hands down the best super server and bartender extraordinaire I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Food was impeccably fresh and prepared to perfection! We will definitely be back!!

Auburn Steak House is such a special place to eat and enjoy. Great food, drink and such wonderful ambiance. The owners do a great job at running a fabulous establishment. Well worth any amount of miles you might need to drive.
