Westlake Center, Seattle​附近的餐廳

My wife and I ate at Umi Sake, and we really enjoyed it. We had soft shell crab, the rainbow tartare, and several types of nigiri and sashimi. Everything was delicious. Our server was very attentive and friendly, but he recognized that we weren’t in a hurry, and didn’t try to rush us. The only issue for us that it was very loud.

We came to Seattle on vacation and before arriving asked around and did some research for the best places in town to eat. The Pink Door was recommended multiple times. Service was great, polite and fun. We started with the arancini and fig/goat cheese/prosciutto both were delicious. Entrees skirt steak, fantastic flavor, catch of the day, pan seared halibut was wonderful and the veggies cooked perfectly. Meatballs and rigatoni were a miss but we read good reviews previously, meatballs seemed tough and texture off for our liking. We had 7pm reservations on a Tuesday and we were seated around 725pm. 3 of us, bottle of prosecco, 1 beer, 2 apps, 3 entrees came close to $200. I would recommend to try at least once and definitely make reservations.

Excellent Indian food and great service at a moderate price

Lively but not loud. Nice table settings, we especially liked the gray water glasses with the “bumpy“ patterning. Both the hostess and our waitress were very friendly and welcoming; very efficient. Our dinner was delicious, my friend enjoyed her Papardelle Bolognese very much. (I tasted it, and it was delicious.). My orricette pomodoro was also delicious. My only reservation on the pastas was that I feel they were overpriced. $28 for a bowl of pasta is just too much! (However, this was a special occasion and it was close to the climate pledge arena, so I guess worth it in this case) -One definite downfall was the dressing on our Caesar salad; not only did it not taste like Caesar dressing, it just really wasn’t very tasty in general. On the upside: we both loved the pistachio cannoli! So all in all, I can see coming back for special occasions. 

Excellent food. Excellent waitstaff. Kitchen slow (food arrived 45 minutes after ordering) even though tables were not yet fully occupied. But worth the wait—just gi early. Conveniently located across from parking garage for Seattle Opera House. We’ll go again.
