Rémi Poulain tient sa passion pour la grande cuisine de son papa qui lui a fait découvrir très tôt l’univers des grands restaurants.Chef de partie au Quinzième chez Cyril Lignac, au Prince de Galles puis au relais d’Auteuil, il sera ensuite successivement sous-Chef au Laurent puis à la Tour d’Argent. Fort de son expérience auprès des plus grands Chefs, il prend les commandes de la cuisine du Sinople en 2014, du Caméléon en août 2015 puis du Christine en juillet 2016.Nouvelle pépite de la bistronomie, L’Escudella propose une cuisine avec des produits de saison choisis avec soins, des cuissons précises et des saveurs percutantes. Ici tout est fait maison et notamment le plat signature du chef, le pâté en croûte. Au menu : 3 ou 4 entrées, plats et desserts que le chef affiche et renouvelle tous les mois.Côté cave, L’Escudella propose une belle sélection de vins de qualité et de grands crus avec des allocations parmi les grands domaines tels que Amiot Servelle

    The atmosphere was absolutely extraordinary, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was stunning. The food was excellent and of the highest quality. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The homemade chocolates for the birthday surprise were also beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

    My family and I had an amazing evening at this restaurant. Eddie was amazing and his service was wonderful. He handled the dining room perfectly by himself and made us feel welcome and comfortable. My son is a 3 year old nut job and he was so sweet to him. The food was so good and exactly what we needed after a long day walking around. Great drinks, great food and great service. Can’t recommend this place enough.
